Prop\u00f3sito de la certificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n    <p>Las designaciones de certificaci\u00f3n de Save The Bees USA reconocen a las personas que cumplen con los est\u00e1ndares publicados para la certificaci\u00f3n seleccionada y demuestran un compromiso con la gesti\u00f3n de polinizadores, la educaci\u00f3n, la conservaci\u00f3n, las pr\u00e1cticas responsables y el servicio comunitario.<\/p>\n    <p>La certificaci\u00f3n significa que Save The Bees USA ha determinado que la persona cumpli\u00f3 con los requisitos de certificaci\u00f3n vigentes en el momento en que se aprob\u00f3 la solicitud.<\/p>\n    <h3>La certificaci\u00f3n no constituye:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Una licencia emitida por el gobierno<\/li>\n    <li>Una licencia profesional u ocupacional<\/li>\n    <li>Una garant\u00eda de competencia, seguridad, rendimiento o resultados<\/li>\n    <li>Un respaldo de cada producto, servicio, negocio, opini\u00f3n o actividad asociada con la persona certificada<\/li>\n    <li>Empleo en Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <li>Autorizaci\u00f3n para actuar como agente o representante legal de Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <li>Permiso para celebrar acuerdos en nombre de Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <h2>2. Requisitos de elegibilidad<\/h2>\n    <h3>Los solicitantes deben:<\/h3>\n    <p>Tener al menos 18 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n    <p>Cumpla con los requisitos de experiencia, educaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, actividad, propiedad u otros requisitos de elegibilidad publicados para la certificaci\u00f3n seleccionada.<\/p>\n    <p>Env\u00ede una solicitud de certificaci\u00f3n completa y precisa.<\/p>\n    <p>Proporcione la documentaci\u00f3n, fotograf\u00edas, registros u otras pruebas solicitadas que respalden su elegibilidad.<\/p>\n    <p>Comprometerse a seguir pr\u00e1cticas responsables, \u00e9ticas, seguras y de apoyo a los polinizadores aplicables a la certificaci\u00f3n seleccionada.<\/p>\n    <p>Cumpla con todas las leyes, ordenanzas, permisos, registros, regulaciones y requisitos de zonificaci\u00f3n federales, estatales y locales aplicables.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA puede solicitar documentaci\u00f3n adicional, referencias, aclaraciones o una entrevista antes de tomar una decisi\u00f3n de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <h2>3. Revisi\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de solicitudes<\/h2>\n    <p>La presentaci\u00f3n de una solicitud no garantiza la certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA puede aprobar, negar, diferir o solicitar informaci\u00f3n adicional con respecto a cualquier solicitud. Las decisiones de certificaci\u00f3n son tomadas por Save The Bees USA bas\u00e1ndose en los est\u00e1ndares del programa vigentes en el momento de la revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA no est\u00e1 obligado a divulgar notas de revisi\u00f3n confidenciales, deliberaciones internas, procedimientos de evaluaci\u00f3n patentados o informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por terceros.<\/p>\n    <p>Un postulante que actualmente no cumpla con los requisitos del programa puede ser invitado a postularse nuevamente despu\u00e9s de adquirir capacitaci\u00f3n o experiencia adicional.<\/p>\n    <h2>4. Exactitud de la informaci\u00f3n de la solicitud<\/h2>\n    <p>El solicitante certifica que toda la informaci\u00f3n, declaraciones, credenciales y documentos presentados son precisos, actuales, completos, aut\u00e9nticos y no enga\u00f1osos.<\/p>\n    <h3>Proporcionar informaci\u00f3n falsa, alterada, incompleta, fraudulenta o enga\u00f1osa puede resultar en:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Denegaci\u00f3n de la solicitud<\/li>\n    <li>Suspensi\u00f3n o revocaci\u00f3n inmediata de la certificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n    <li>Eliminaci\u00f3n de los directorios y programas de Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <li>P\u00e9rdida de tarifas de certificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n    <li>Prohibici\u00f3n de volver a postularse<\/li>\n    <li>Remisi\u00f3n a una autoridad competente cuando lo exija la ley<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Los solicitantes deben notificar a Save The Bees USA sin demora si la informaci\u00f3n material presentada en la solicitud cambia.<\/p>\n    <h2>5. Tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n y pol\u00edtica de reembolso<\/h2>\n    <p>La cuota anual de cada certificaci\u00f3n de Save The Bees USA es de $99, a menos que se indique un monto diferente en la p\u00e1gina correspondiente de solicitud o renovaci\u00f3n al momento del pago.<\/p>\n    <p>La tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n cubre la revisi\u00f3n de solicitudes, la verificaci\u00f3n de credenciales, la administraci\u00f3n del programa, los registros de certificaci\u00f3n, los materiales de certificaci\u00f3n y las operaciones anuales del programa.<\/p>\n    <p>El pago de la tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n no garantiza la aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <h3>Reembolso si la certificaci\u00f3n no es aprobada<\/h3>\n    <p>Si un solicitante no es aprobado para la certificaci\u00f3n, Save The Bees USA le reembolsar\u00e1 la tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n pagada por el solicitante.<\/p>\n    <p>El reembolso se emitir\u00e1 al m\u00e9todo de pago original, generalmente dentro de los 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores a la notificaci\u00f3n al solicitante de que la solicitud no fue aprobada.<\/p>\n    <p>No se le exigir\u00e1 al solicitante que solicite el reembolso por separado.<\/p>\n    <h3>Solicitudes incompletas<\/h3>\n    <p>Si una solicitud no puede ser evaluada debido a que falta informaci\u00f3n o documentaci\u00f3n requerida, Save The Bees USA notificar\u00e1 al solicitante y le proporcionar\u00e1 una oportunidad razonable para completar la solicitud.<\/p>\n    <p>Si el solicitante no proporciona la informaci\u00f3n solicitada dentro del plazo establecido y la solicitud se cierra sin aprobaci\u00f3n, se reembolsar\u00e1 la tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <h3>Retiro del postulante<\/h3>\n    <p>Si un solicitante retira voluntariamente la solicitud antes de que se apruebe la certificaci\u00f3n, se reembolsar\u00e1 la tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <h3>Pagos fraudulentos o disputados<\/h3>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA puede retener o retrasar un reembolso cuando sea razonablemente necesario para investigar un fraude sospechoso, un pago no autorizado, una disputa de pago, un contracargo o informaci\u00f3n de solicitud materialmente falsa.<\/p>\n    <p>Cualquier reembolso estar\u00e1 sujeto a las reglas y plazos de procesamiento del procesador de pagos y la instituci\u00f3n financiera correspondientes.<\/p>\n    <h3>Certificaciones aprobadas<\/h3>\n    <p>Una vez que se haya aprobado una solicitud y se haya emitido o preparado el certificado, la insignia digital, el parche u otros materiales de certificaci\u00f3n, la tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n no es reembolsable, excepto cuando la ley lo exija o Save The Bees USA lo apruebe expresamente.<\/p>\n    <h2>6. Periodo de certificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n    <p>La certificaci\u00f3n es v\u00e1lida por un a\u00f1o a partir de la fecha de aprobaci\u00f3n, a menos que aparezca una fecha de vencimiento diferente en el certificado o en el registro de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <p>La persona certificada puede presentarse como titular de la certificaci\u00f3n Save The Bees USA seleccionada \u00fanicamente mientras dicha certificaci\u00f3n permanezca activa y en regla.<\/p>\n    <p>La certificaci\u00f3n vence autom\u00e1ticamente si no se renueva antes de la fecha de expiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n    <h2>7. Renovaci\u00f3n anual<\/h2>\n    <h3>Para mantener la certificaci\u00f3n activa, la persona certificada debe:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Env\u00ede la informaci\u00f3n de renovaci\u00f3n requerida<\/li>\n    <li>Confirmar el cumplimiento continuo de las normas del programa<\/li>\n    <li>Actualizar informaci\u00f3n de contacto, capacitaci\u00f3n, experiencia, seguro o informaci\u00f3n profesional desactualizada<\/li>\n    <li>Divulgue cualquier problema material legal, reglamentario, de seguridad o profesional<\/li>\n    <li>Pague la tarifa de renovaci\u00f3n anual aplicable<\/li>\n    <li>Completa cualquier requisito de educaci\u00f3n continua adoptado por Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Despu\u00e9s de cada renovaci\u00f3n anual exitosa, y despu\u00e9s de cualquier confirmaci\u00f3n requerida de elegibilidad continua, Save The Bees USA emitir\u00e1 un nuevo parche bordado que mostrar\u00e1 el a\u00f1o de certificaci\u00f3n correspondiente. La persona certificada es responsable de mantener una direcci\u00f3n postal actualizada. Los parches de reemplazo y los parches devueltos debido a una direcci\u00f3n incorrecta pueden estar sujetos a una tarifa adicional.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA puede revisar los requisitos de renovaci\u00f3n a medida que el programa se desarrolle.<\/p>\n    <p>La renovaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 garantizada. Save The Bees USA puede negarse a renovar una certificaci\u00f3n cuando la persona ya no cumpla con los requisitos del programa o haya violado estos t\u00e9rminos.<\/p>\n    <h2>8. Renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica<\/h2>\n    <p>La certificaci\u00f3n no se renovar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente a menos que el solicitante seleccione y autorice afirmativamente una opci\u00f3n de renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n    <p>Cuando se selecciona la renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica, el solicitante autoriza a Save The Bees USA y a su procesador de pagos a realizar el cargo de la tarifa de certificaci\u00f3n anual correspondiente utilizando el m\u00e9todo de pago registrado.<\/p>\n    <p>La persona certificada puede cancelar la renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica antes del cargo de renovaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo proporcionado por Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <p>La cancelaci\u00f3n de la renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica no cancela inmediatamente una certificaci\u00f3n activa. La certificaci\u00f3n sigue siendo v\u00e1lida hasta su fecha de expiraci\u00f3n indicada, a menos que sea suspendida o revocada. Se emite un nuevo parche anual \u00fanicamente despu\u00e9s de que se procese con \u00e9xito un pago de renovaci\u00f3n y se complete cualquier confirmaci\u00f3n de elegibilidad continua requerida.<\/p>\n    <h2>9. Beneficios de la certificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n    <h3>Una persona certificada y aprobada puede recibir beneficios que incluyen:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Un certificado que identifica la certificaci\u00f3n aprobada de Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <li>Un nuevo parche de certificaci\u00f3n bordado que muestra el a\u00f1o de certificaci\u00f3n correspondiente despu\u00e9s de la aprobaci\u00f3n inicial y cada renovaci\u00f3n anual exitosa<\/li>\n    <li>Permiso para usar gr\u00e1ficos de certificaci\u00f3n aprobados<\/li>\n    <li>Elegibilidad para su inclusi\u00f3n en un directorio de certificaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/li>\n    <li>Acceso a recursos relacionados con la certificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n    <li>Consideraci\u00f3n de oportunidades educativas, de tutor\u00eda, de conservaci\u00f3n, comunitarias, escolares, de voluntariado o remuneradas, cuando corresponda<\/li>\n    <li>Actualizaciones del programa y avisos de renovaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Los beneficios pueden cambiar y no se garantiza que sigan estando disponibles de la misma forma cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n    <p>La certificaci\u00f3n no garantiza empleo, compensaci\u00f3n, clientes, oportunidades para hablar en p\u00fablico, referencias, contratos, subsidios, asignaciones ni participaci\u00f3n en los programas de Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <h2>10. Uso del nombre y de los materiales de la certificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n    <h3>Mientras la certificaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 activa y vigente, la persona certificada recibe una licencia limitada, revocable, no exclusiva e intransferible para identificarse como:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>El t\u00edtulo exacto de la certificaci\u00f3n Save The Bees USA que se muestra en su certificado activo<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>El nombre de la certificaci\u00f3n, el certificado, la insignia, el parche, el logotipo, los gr\u00e1ficos y los materiales relacionados siguen siendo propiedad de Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <p>Las personas certificadas pueden utilizar los materiales de certificaci\u00f3n aprobados \u00fanicamente de acuerdo con las instrucciones y normas de marca proporcionadas por Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <h3>Las personas certificadas no pueden:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Alterar, redibujar, distorsionar, recolorear, recortar o modificar la insignia o logotipo de certificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n    <li>Transferir, vender, sublicenciar, copiar, reproducir o permitir que otra persona utilice su certificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n    <li>Permitir que una empresa, organizaci\u00f3n, empleado, socio o miembro de la familia reclame la certificaci\u00f3n bas\u00e1ndose en la aprobaci\u00f3n del individuo<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Representar que un producto, miel, apiario, jard\u00edn, h\u00e1bitat, empresa, servicio, curso, evento, organizaci\u00f3n o propiedad cuenta con certificaci\u00f3n independiente, a menos que Save The Bees USA proporcione autorizaci\u00f3n por escrito<\/p>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Save The Bees USA garantiza y respalda este producto.<\/li>\n    <li>Utilizar los materiales de certificaci\u00f3n de manera enga\u00f1osa, falsa, ilegal, difamatoria o despectiva<\/li>\n    <li>Continuar usando los materiales de certificaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de su expiraci\u00f3n, suspensi\u00f3n, revocaci\u00f3n o retiro voluntario<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may issue separate certification-branding guidelines. Those guidelines become part of these terms.<\/p>\n    <h2>11. Public Certification Directory<\/h2>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may offer certified individuals the opportunity to appear in a public directory.<\/p>\n    <h3>Directory information may include:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Nombre<\/li>\n    <li>City and state<\/li>\n    <li>Certification status<\/li>\n    <li>Certification year<\/li>\n    <li>Areas of interest<\/li>\n    <li>Skills, specialties, services, or areas of focus<\/li>\n    <li>Teaching, speaking, volunteer, or program availability<\/li>\n    <li>Business or organization name<\/li>\n    <li>Website or professional contact information<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA will publish only the information authorized for public display.<\/p>\n    <p>Participation in the public directory may be optional. Save The Bees USA may remove or correct directory listings at any time.<\/p>\n    <p>Sensitive application documents, identification records, payment information, and private training documentation will not intentionally be displayed in the public directory.<\/p>\n    <h2>12. Standards of Conduct<\/h2>\n    <h3>Save The Bees USA certified individuals are expected to:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Follow the standards, practices, and commitments applicable to the selected certification<\/li>\n    <li>Use responsible safety, stewardship, maintenance, and risk-management practices appropriate to their activities<\/li>\n    <li>Protect public safety when conducting, demonstrating, teaching, promoting, or providing any activity connected with the certification<\/li>\n    <li>Communicate honestly about their qualifications, training, experience, activities, products, and services<\/li>\n    <li>Follow applicable labeling, consumer-protection, environmental, agricultural, food-safety, and professional requirements<\/li>\n    <li>Treat students, educators, customers, volunteers, property owners, and members of the public professionally and respectfully<\/li>\n    <li>Avoid discrimination, harassment, exploitation, intimidation, and abusive conduct<\/li>\n    <li>Protect confidential and personal information received through program activities<\/li>\n    <li>Avoid making false, deceptive, or unsupported claims<\/li>\n    <li>Avoid conduct that could reasonably damage the reputation, credibility, or mission of Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <li>Follow all additional safety requirements established for school, youth, and community programs<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <h2>13. School, Youth, and Community Programs<\/h2>\n    <p>Certification alone does not authorize an individual to participate in school, youth, community, observation-hive, gardening, mentoring, advocacy, or educational programs on behalf of Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may separately evaluate certified individuals for these opportunities.<\/p>\n    <h3>Additional requirements may include:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>A background check<\/li>\n    <li>References<\/li>\n    <li>An interview<\/li>\n    <li>Proof of insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Presentation review<\/li>\n    <li>Safety training<\/li>\n    <li>Youth-protection requirements<\/li>\n    <li>School-district requirements<\/li>\n    <li>Venue requirements<\/li>\n    <li>A volunteer agreement<\/li>\n    <li>An independent-contractor agreement<\/li>\n    <li>A separate program agreement<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>A certified individual may not represent that they have been approved for a specific Save The Bees USA program unless written approval has been issued for that program.<\/p>\n    <h2>14. Independent Status<\/h2>\n    <p>Certification does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or representative relationship between Save The Bees USA and the certified individual.<\/p>\n    <h3>Certified individuals operate independently and remain responsible for their own:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Decisions<\/li>\n    <li>Conduct<\/li>\n    <li>Certification-related and independent activities<\/li>\n    <li>Equipment<\/li>\n    <li>Plants, gardens, habitats, colonies, animals, or other property under their care<\/li>\n    <li>Vehicles<\/li>\n    <li>Property<\/li>\n    <li>Employees<\/li>\n    <li>Contractors<\/li>\n    <li>Products<\/li>\n    <li>Servicios<\/li>\n    <li>Customers<\/li>\n    <li>Taxes<\/li>\n    <li>Insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Licenses<\/li>\n    <li>Permits<\/li>\n    <li>Business obligations<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>No certified individual may sign contracts, make financial commitments, accept donations, issue statements, or incur obligations on behalf of Save The Bees USA without prior written authorization.<\/p>\n    <h2>15. Insurance and Legal Compliance<\/h2>\n    <p>Certified individuals are solely responsible for determining and maintaining the insurance appropriate for their activities.<\/p>\n    <h3>Depending on their activities, appropriate coverage may include:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>General liability insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Product liability insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Commercial automobile insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Property insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Workers\u2019 compensation insurance<\/li>\n    <li>Professional or educator liability coverage<\/li>\n    <li>Event coverage<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA certification does not provide insurance or legal protection to the certified individual.<\/p>\n    <p>Certified individuals are responsible for obtaining all permits, registrations, inspections, licenses, approvals, and insurance required for their activities.<\/p>\n    <h2>16. Complaints and Investigations<\/h2>\n    <h3>Save The Bees USA may review complaints or information concerning a certified individual\u2019s:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Conduct<\/li>\n    <li>Qualifications<\/li>\n    <li>Credentials<\/li>\n    <li>Public representations<\/li>\n    <li>Safety practices<\/li>\n    <li>Legal compliance<\/li>\n    <li>Business practices<\/li>\n    <li>Use of certification materials<\/li>\n    <li>Participation in Save The Bees USA programs<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may request an explanation, documents, references, or other information from the certified individual.<\/p>\n    <p>Failure to provide requested information within the stated period may result in suspension, revocation, nonrenewal, or removal from program opportunities.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may temporarily suspend certification while a serious complaint or safety issue is investigated.<\/p>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may maintain the confidentiality of complainants, witnesses, students, schools, and internal review materials when reasonably necessary.<\/p>\n    <h2>17. Suspension, Revocation, and Nonrenewal<\/h2>\n    <h3>Save The Bees USA may suspend, revoke, or decline to renew certification for reasons including:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>False, altered, fraudulent, or misleading application information<\/li>\n    <li>Failure to maintain eligibility<\/li>\n    <li>Misuse of the certification name, badge, certificate, patch, or logo<\/li>\n    <li>Unsafe, unlawful, unethical, or seriously unprofessional conduct<\/li>\n    <li>Material violation of these terms<\/li>\n    <li>Conduct that threatens students, schools, customers, members of the public, pollinators, animals, or property<\/li>\n    <li>Serious or repeated complaints<\/li>\n    <li>Fraudulent or deceptive business practices<\/li>\n    <li>Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations<\/li>\n    <li>Conduct that materially harms the reputation or mission of Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <li>Failure to cooperate with a reasonable review or investigation<\/li>\n    <li>Nonpayment, disputed payment, chargeback, or reversal of required fees<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Save The Bees USA may determine the effective date and duration of a suspension.<\/p>\n    <p>Certification fees are not automatically refundable following suspension, revocation, expiration, or nonrenewal.<\/p>\n    <h2>18. Responsibilities Following Expiration, Suspension, or Revocation<\/h2>\n    <h3>When certification expires, is suspended, or is revoked, the individual must immediately:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Stop representing themselves as currently certified<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Remove certification claims from websites, social media, advertisements, business cards, email signatures, signs, vehicles, printed materials, and online listings<\/p>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Stop using the certification badge, logo, or related graphics<\/li>\n    <li>Stop presenting expired or revoked certification materials as evidence of current certification<\/li>\n    <li>Comply with any additional written instructions issued by Save The Bees USA<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Physical patches and certificates may be retained as personal records but may not be displayed or used in a manner that suggests the certification remains active.<\/p>\n    <h2>19. Voluntary Withdrawal<\/h2>\n    <p>A certified individual may voluntarily withdraw from the program by providing written notice to Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <p>Voluntary withdrawal ends authorization to use the certification name and materials.<\/p>\n    <p>Certification fees are not refundable because an individual voluntarily withdraws.<\/p>\n    <h2>20. No Guarantee or Warranty<\/h2>\n    <h3>Save The Bees USA does not guarantee:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>The quality or outcome of any individual\u2019s certification-related activities<\/li>\n    <li>The survival, health, condition, or performance of pollinators, plants, gardens, habitats, colonies, or property<\/li>\n    <li>Production, sales, services, advocacy, education, or outreach results<\/li>\n    <li>Pollination, habitat, conservation, or environmental results<\/li>\n    <li>Business success<\/li>\n    <li>Customer satisfaction<\/li>\n    <li>Regulatory approval<\/li>\n    <li>Public acceptance of the certification<\/li>\n    <li>Availability of teaching, mentoring, referral, volunteer, or paid opportunities<\/li>\n    <li>Continued availability of the certification program<\/li>\n    <li>Continued availability of any specific certification benefit<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>The certification program and certification materials are provided on an \u201cas available\u201d basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n    <h2>21. Limitation of Responsibility<\/h2>\n    <p>Certified individuals act independently and remain solely responsible for their own actions, omissions, representations, equipment, plants, gardens, habitats, colonies, property, products, services, and interactions with third parties.<\/p>\n    <p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save The Bees USA is not responsible for injuries, losses, claims, damages, allergic reactions, insect stings, plant or colony losses, property damage, regulatory violations, business losses, customer disputes, vehicle accidents, or other incidents arising from the independent activities of an applicant or certified individual.<\/p>\n    <p>Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n    <h2>22. Indemnification<\/h2>\n    <h3>To the extent permitted by law, the applicant or certified individual agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Save The Bees USA and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>The individual\u2019s certification-related or independent activities<\/li>\n    <li>Products or services provided by the individual<\/li>\n    <li>Participation in events or educational activities<\/li>\n    <li>Misuse of certification materials<\/li>\n    <li>Violation of these terms<\/li>\n    <li>Violation of law<\/li>\n    <li>Negligent, reckless, fraudulent, or intentional conduct<\/li>\n    <li>Claims made by customers, students, schools, property owners, employees, contractors, or other third parties<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>This provision does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or transferred.<\/p>\n    <h2>23. Privacy and Records<\/h2>\n    <p>Application information will be handled according to the Save The Bees USA Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n    <h3>Applicants authorize Save The Bees USA to:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Review submitted credentials and documentation<\/li>\n    <li>Verify training and experience<\/li>\n    <li>Contact references or training providers when reasonably necessary<\/li>\n    <li>Maintain certification and compliance records<\/li>\n    <li>Communicate regarding application, certification, renewal, and program matters<\/li>\n    <li>Publish authorized directory information<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Applicants should not upload Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.<\/p>\n    <h2>24. Electronic Communications<\/h2>\n    <p>The applicant consents to receive application, payment, certification, renewal, compliance, and program communications electronically.<\/p>\n    <p>The applicant is responsible for maintaining a current email address and contact information.<\/p>\n    <p>Electronic notices sent to the most recent email address provided by the applicant will be considered delivered even when the applicant fails to review them.<\/p>\n    <h2>25. Program and Terms Changes<\/h2>\n    <h3>Save The Bees USA may revise:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n    <li>Eligibility requirements<\/li>\n    <li>Certification standards<\/li>\n    <li>Fees<\/li>\n    <li>Benefits<\/li>\n    <li>Renewal requirements<\/li>\n    <li>Continuing-education requirements<\/li>\n    <li>Branding guidelines<\/li>\n    <li>Program procedures<\/li>\n    <li>These Certification Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Material changes will be communicated through the Save The Bees USA website, renewal materials, account notices, or the certified individual\u2019s email address.<\/p>\n    <p>Changes will generally apply prospectively. Continued participation in the program after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.<\/p>\n    <h2>26. Governing Law and Venue<\/h2>\n    <p>These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.<\/p>\n    <p>Any legal proceeding relating to the certification program shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Texas county where Save The Bees USA maintains its principal office, unless applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n    <h2>27. Severability<\/h2>\n    <p>If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.<\/p>\n    <p>The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.<\/p>\n    <h2>28. No Waiver<\/h2>\n    <p>Failure by Save The Bees USA to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive the organization\u2019s right to enforce that provision later.<\/p>\n    <p>A waiver is effective only when provided in writing by an authorized representative of Save The Bees USA.<\/p>\n    <h2>29.
