A Simple Way to Grow Habitat

Selected schools and organizations receive a $100 grant to help start or expand a pollinator garden. The application is short because good local ideas should be easy to share.

Pollinator Garden Grants Awarded Across America

So far this year, Save The Bees USA supported pollinator garden projects at schools and community organizations across 16 states. Based on recipient estimates, these gardens are expected to benefit approximately 5,500 students through hands-on learning, field trips, and schoolwide garden use.

Schools and Organizations Growing Environmental Impact

Eligible Applicants

  • Schools and education programs
  • Nonprofit and community organizations
  • Environmental, conservation, garden, and youth organizations
  • Organizations with permission to plant at the proposed location

What the Grant Can Support

  • Native or regionally appropriate flowering plants
  • Pollinator-friendly seeds
  • Soil, compost, mulch, or basic garden supplies
  • Simple educational signs or plant labels

A Short Application

Apply for a $100 Pollinator Garden Grant

No resume, formal proposal, recommendation letter, or detailed budget is required. Applications are reviewed monthly, and awards are based on anticipated impact, demonstrated need, and available funding. Submission does not guarantee selection.
